As a Ratsherrn brewpub, we’ve always been proud of our fresh beers and wide range of beer styles. The variety of beers on tap as well as national and international specialties from the bottle is what makes us stand out for admirers of well-crafted beers.
We love regional dishes: vegan, vegetarian, fish, meat - the main thing is delicious. And we love quality ingredients whose origins we know. That's why our beef comes from our own sustainable farm, LandWert Hof.

The Landwert Hof in Stahlbrode is a sustainable farm project run by the Nordmann family business, which is now in its fifth generation in the beverage and catering industry. The farm was founded in 2009 based on the conviction that the company's own brewery restaurants should offer meat from animals that are kept on meadows and grasses in a species-appropriate manner and slaughtered with as little stress and dignity as possible without long transport routes. The result was a community of farmers, butchers and restaurateurs who helped to shape the farm.
