We love regional dishes: vegan, vegetarian, fish, meat – we cook what makes you happy, with premium ingredients whose origins we know. That’s why our high-quality beef comes from our very own LandWert farm where we do sustainable and organic farming.

The Landwert farm in Stahlbrode is a sustainable farm project rooted in the Nordmann family business – a family which has known the beverage and catering industry for four generations. The farm was founded in 2009 out of the conviction that the company's own brewpubs should offer meat from animals that are kept in a species-appropriate manner on meadows and grasses. Also, the slaughtering should be as stress-free and dignified as possible without long transport routes. Thus, a community of farmers, butchers and restaurateurs emerged to help shape the farm.
