As a Ratsherrn brewpub, we’ve always been proud of our fresh beers and wide range of beer styles. The variety of beers on tap as well as national and international specialties from the bottle is what makes us stand out for admirers of well-crafted beers.

We love regional dishes: vegan, vegetarian, fish, meat - the main thing is delicious. And we love quality ingredients whose origins we know. That's why our beef comes from our own sustainable farm, LandWert Hof.

Ratsherrn is our Hamburg family brewery. That’s the way it was, that’s the way it is, that’s the way it tastes. The secret behind our beers? We bring together what belongs together: the past and the contemporary. Tradition and innovation. Genuine craftsmanship and technological progress. And above all, people who appreciate great beer. You can taste it in our classic varieties as well as in our specialties. Always with a focus on freshness, regional raw materials and sustainable production. With our lighthouse project ‘From Stalk to Glass’, for example, we strengthen transparency and sustainability in the value chain. Based in Hamburg, but home is where Dolden Mädel is – cheers!

MEAT FRESH FROM THE FARM

The Landwert Hof in Stahlbrode is a sustainable farm project run by the Nordmann family business, which is now in its fifth generation in the beverage and catering industry. The farm was founded in 2009 based on the conviction that the company's own brewery restaurants should serve meat from animals that are reared on meadows and grasses in a species-appropriate manner and slaughtered with as little stress and dignity as possible without long transport routes. The result was a community of farmers, butchers and restaurateurs who helped to shape the farm.
